One month down - Eleven to go!
I have to admit, it's been a pretty tough professional ride this month. I hope February will be a good one, a month to pick up the pieces. It is a good start also if you believe in Feng Shui since it's Lunar New Year (Gong Xi Fa Cai!).
And yes, it was the same routine and same attitude towards fitness.
Believe me it's hard!

I wonder if my theory's true that people have "focused envy" (sorry I don't know what's the exact word). Like me for example, I don't get jealous if someone has new car or new house but if I see people traveling to places whether business or for relaxation, that's the time where I become green-eyed monster.
I don't know why... well nobody's perfect.
