Triple threat battle - Gravity vs American Hustle vs 12 Years A Slave.  12 Years will get the best 2013 film and Brad Pitt will have his 1st Oscar statue as a producer.

Really depends with the DGA (Director's Guild Awards) but this will be awarded to Cuaron.

Academy loves gay portrayals (e.g. Milk, Capote, etc.) and also giving recognition to veteran actors (e.g. Jessica Tandy, Alan Arkin so it will be a tough round between Matthew McConaughey  and Bruce Dern.

I really wanted Amy to win her first golden man but Cate will walk with her 2nd trophy and this time for a leading role.
