I have already figured out my 52 week challenge!
Every year, it has been a goal of mine to lose weight, I would be happy if I reached 150 lbs. However, every year or period that I decide, it has always been a challenge. I guess not only for me but for most of the people who are also in the same dilemma.
So for 2014, I will take it so easy... my target is to lose weight 1 lb every week. If attained, I will lost an accumulated 52lbs by end of 2014. That will brings my weight down to roughly 130.
I think it will not be that much of a frustration and at the same time will be easier to target without giving up totally on unhealthy diet.
Hunger (literal) games no more!
I have lost 1lb compared to last week's weight. Right on track.
