I wouldn't say that it's excellent but definitely better than other Marvel movie franchise. It has personality - charming and the humor was spot on and carefully scripted to ensure that it won't lose its heart. Great chemistry among the casts. Chosen background songs were perfect. Visually splendid.
And we have Thanos!
The only disappointment was the end credits. Pffft!
But again, kudos to James Gunn.
