Random Thoughts 082014

I have been a good boy this week in terms of work-out but my left knee hurts.  I don't think I will be able to run the same speed and technique I used to do back in Cayman.  Sad!

Anyway weight is at 178.8, still not good and long way to go.

Had a good catchup with my lovable cousins - time was not enough so I hope we can schedule something before Ate Sha leaves the country.  Work is good to say the least, cannot complain.

All is good.

Random realization:

I guess during our childhood we needed and collected people or relationships to develop our personality, to realize who we really are.  They can be our additional skin - protective layers from the world.  But as we move, we slowly shred these people not because you are done using them but because it is just the delicate fact of life, either you fall out or outgrow each other.
