Finally found a time to watch this simple and yet meaningful film.
As a film addict, there are 2 types of best pictures - one that is so beautiful that transcends you to a magical and surreal places or maybe bring you back in time.
The other best picture is Chef. A type of movie which inspires, affects your life deeply. While I think it was played having a super positive vibe, it's still realistic and logical.
It made me admire Jon Favreau not only as a screenwriter and director but an actor as well. The supporting casts are great too.
Lots of lessons to be learned but what stroke me is experiencing rock bottom is fate saying we need to restart, experience life, and remember the basics.
